Ownership Process

We want our puppies to have the best in life and in order to for us to be able to provide them with that we have to be able to look at what their potential new owners can provide for them for their whole lives. 
It is a priority for us that their new owners already have the experience and knowledge of their breed.  So with this being said we will not allow any of our puppies to be offered a home that has not currently or previously got the required experience.  Our priority is our puppies and what is best for them and their future.

To start our initial process:
* We will require for you to complete our enquiry form 
* Following us receiving your completed enquiry form, we shall look through the details that you have provided and will
make contact with you. 
* If we feel you will potentially be suited for one of our puppies, we will schedule a video call with you to discuss you being able to offer one of our puppies a forever home. 
please note: we will not provide you with a decision straight away on the video call, we will make contact with you afterwards.
* Following on from a video call with you, we shall arrange for you to to come and meet your potential new family member. If you are long distance, we shall arrange a further video call for you to meet them.

Please note: you are more than welcome at any point to make contact to discuss any aspect of our process and our dogs/puppies. You are also more than welcome to discuss any breeds that you have had/have currently or previously.

Following your visit:
* Following your visit, on the same day we shall make contact with you to provide you with our decision regarding you
being able to offer one of our puppies a forever home. 
* A deposit will needed to be placed in order for your puppy to be reserved. Details for payment will be provided to you. 
* As a potential new owner of one our puppies we expect you to have read through our pre ownership contract
and sales contract. 

* Our pre ownership contract will need to be signed on the day of placing your deposit and our sales contract will need to be signed 

on the day of your puppy leaving us.
